  • Tourist licence: VV.MU.3055-1
  • Minimum stay - 2 nights
  • Please note a 15% surcharge applies on Easter period and Christmas and New Years period. 

Payment and cancellation policy:

As soon as your reservation has been confirmed, you will pay a deposit of 30% of the stay, within 3 days via bank transfer. 
The rest of your payment is due to pay 30 days before the date of arrival and is non-refundable.

If you cancel the reservation up to 31 days before your arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Prices for the apartment rental are per night and per apartment (max. 4 people).

The rental price includes:

  • wireless high-speed internet
  • Spanish and English TV programs
  • smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV
  • air-conditioning and fans in the bedrooms
  • electricity, gas
  • water
  • bed linen, towels, kitchen towel
  • use of 19 pools, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor gym and other playgrounds in the residential complex
  • parking in the garage

    Once we have verified your date, we will confirm your booking.
    In case the term is occupied, together we will try to find a spare free term.
